CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE ONLINE ANY TIME, ANYWHERE, ON VIRTUALLY ANY DEVICE. YOU CAN SEND MESSAGES, LOG
WORKOUTS, NUTRITIONAL INFO, DAILY METRICS, AND UPLOAD FILES FROM NEARLY ANY HEART RATE MONITOR,
POWER METER, OR GPS, AS WELL AS COMPUTRAINER, WAHOO, TACX, AND OTHER ELECTRONIC EXCERCISE DEVICES.
Contract Rate...$200/month or $550/quarterly. Includes introductory evaulation/goal setting session, equipment consultation, race
selection tips, customized training schedule delivered via TrainingPeaks with online training log monitored by your coach, race advice and
strategy planning, raceday nutrition/hydration guidance, unlimited email contact, and unlimited telephone contact during normal business
hours. We recommend, but do not require, an initial 3-6 month committment. This is discussed during the intitial consultaion, and can be
influenced by various factors.
Also available by request are group training plans, specific event training plans, one on one training sessions, equipment
consultation, bicycle fitting sessions, and physiological testing. Please inquire as to rates and availability.

A NEW SERVICE, DESIGNED FOR ATHLETES WHO CHOOSE TO USE A GENERIC TRAINING PLAN, REGARDLESS OF THE
SOURCE OF THE PLAN, BUT NEED SOME GUIDANCE.
For a one time fee of $200 you will receive:
An initial 2 hour consultation, either in person or over electronic media, to discuss your plan, your goals, and your lifestyle issues that may
interfere with your plan as written. During this session we will discuss what needs to be done to make the plan work better for you while still
maintaining the proper training load and recovery time to reach your goals. This will consist of shifting workouts to different days, times, etc.
A 1 hour follow up consultation after 2-3 weeks into the plan to make any fine tuning changes that may be necessary.
Email correspondence, not to exceed 1 email every 2 weeks, regarding issues arising from the reorganization of the initial schedule that may
require further modifications.
