ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDE, AND ATHLETE SCHEDULES ARE DELIVERED THROUGH, A PASSWORD PROTECTED
TRAINING PEAKS ACCOUNT. WITH TRAINING PEAKS YOU CAN CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE ONLINE ANY TIME,
ANYWHERE, ON VIRTUALLY ANY DEVICE. YOU CAN SEND YOUR COACH MESSAGES OR COMMENTS ON A
SESSION, LOG WORKOUTS, NUTRITIONAL INFO, DAILY METRICS, AND UPLOAD FILES FROM NEARLY ANY
HEART RATE MONITOR, POWER METER, OR GPS, AS WELL AS COMPUTRAINER, WAHOO, TACX, AND OTHER
ELECTRONIC EXERCISE DEVICES FOR ANALYSIS, EVEN UPLOADING TO AND DOWNLOADING FROM POPULAR
TRAINING APPS LIKE ZWIFT, TRAINER ROAD, AND OTHERS. AS OUR COACHING AND ANALYTICS ARE DATA
DRIVEN, WE DO REQUIRE ALL ATHLETES TO HAVE, AT THE VERY MINIMUM, A GPS/HEART RATE MONITOR
WATCH CAPABLE OF TRACKING, RECORDING, AND UPLOADING DATA FROM SWIM, BIKE, AND RUN SESSIONS.
ALTHOUGH OTHER DEVICES SUCH AS POWER METERS AND SMART TRAINERS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,
THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED.

CONTRACT RATE...$200/monthly or $550/quarterly.
As a Correspondence Coaching Service, we use the TrainingPeaks platform, email, text messaging, telephone, and
FaceTime to maintain communication with our clients, most of whom are not local. We also do not limit frequency
of contact, since communication is vital to success. In addition to a customized training schedule delivered via
TrainingPeaks, our athletes are provided evaluation/goal setting sessions to develop an annual plan that is often
modified as the season progresses, equipment consultation, race selection tips, race advice and strategy planning,
raceday fueling/hydration guidance, and any other relevant issues that may arise We recommend, but do not
require, an initial 3-6 month commitment. This is discussed during the initial consultation, and can be influenced by
various factors including, but not limited to, abilities, experience, and expectations .

Also available by request are 12-24 week event specific training plans, one on one training sessions, equipment
consultation, bicycle fitting sessions, and physiological testing. Please inquire as to rates and availability.
